15 New Restaurants, Boutiques Opening At Pacific City
The inhabitants of Pacific City, Huntington Beach's new "coastal cool" communal retail and restaurant hub, continue to expand, with more boutiques and gourmet eateries lining up on the ever-growing roster. In addition to Santa Monica's The Bungalow, Ways & Means Oyster House, Lemonade, Bear Flag Fish Company, Simmzy's, Ola, Equinox, and 19 retail and food newcomers, here are 15 more neighbors. One thing is certain: We certainly won't be pining for fresh bites, fashion, or natural body scrubs.
But before you dig in, mark your calendars for the official opening on Thursday, November 5, at 10 a.m., as well as a special opening weekend, November 7 and November 8.
Two Huntington Beach natives are sweetening up their hometown with Gelateria Zomolo, a dessert spot featuring fresh, daily housemade artisanal gelato and sorbet. Flavors include hazelnut, pistachio, pomegranate sorbet, and more. For diners seeking a boost, the gelateria will also pour specialty espresso drinks, like affogato with salted caramel drizzle. Handmade truffles and chocolates will also kiss the menu.
Speaking of a boost, the resident coffee shop has been named: enter Philz Coffee. Coming to Huntington Beach from San Francisco, the cafe is best known for its custom drip coffee blends. Practice patience when ordering, as each "cup of love" is made "one cup at a time."
Everyone needs a little pampering, and the Southern California- and Arizona-based five-star luxury beauty bar and boutique will help Huntington Beach glow with nail, eyelash, waxing, and facial treatments, all using organic lotions and scrubs. Locals can sign up for the "loyal lounger" program, which offers VIP pricing and other beautiful perks.
The quaint home decor shop will open its first brick and mortar location at Pacific City, bringing to town vintage and antique finds, handmade furniture, and accent items. Their design team carefully curates each item, creating a unique and affordable collection.
Created by a husband-wife team, Saavy Naturals keeps it clean with 100-percent natural, handcrafted in California bar soaps, body wash, cream, scrubs, and coconut wax candles. All products are vegan, as well as soy- and gluten-free.
Tip your hats to this one-stop shop for women's, men's, and kid's fashionable headwear. They'll be stocking the latest styles, like Panama, fedora, and straw and floppy, and brands, including Stetson, Brixton, and Peter Grimm.
With more than 45 years in the retail business, the international Honolulu-born t-shirt, surf, and casual wear shop will top Huntington Beach with a variety of styles, including some local-specific designs.
Kin Los Angeles
Designer handbags, shoes, accessories, and apparel live here, a Los Angeles-based fashion collection with locations on Sunset, in Bel Air, and soon to come, Pacific City. Brands include Tibi, Phillip Lim, T by Alexander Wang, and Opening Ceremony.
Molly Brown's Swimwear
Because the endless summer requires endless swimwear options. A celebrity favorite, the decades-old brand will offer high-end specialty swimwear and apparel for both ladies and gents. Word on the street is their customer service can't be beat.
Another swimwear collection, Seafolly, brings its Australian lifestyle brand to Huntington Beach with an array of bikinis, one-pieces, cover-ups, apparel, and accessories.

You can always trust fashion advice from a Londoner, or in this case, a California husband-wife team inspired by England's fashion-forward center. Lindsey and Adrien Lamoureux created West of Camden as an extension of their love for creativity and design. Their Pacific City location, second to their Corona del Mar home, will shelve cutting-edge men's and women's clothing and accessories.
Born in San Clemente, the beach-vintage sunglasses boutique will open its second Orange County location at Pacific City, offering an eclectic optical and sunglass collection focused on quality and style, including renowned brands, like Ray-Ban, Gucci, Tom Ford, and Oliver Peoples, as well as emerging fashion-forward brands—all sourced from around the world.
Iconic island lifestyle brand Tommy Bahama's sprawling Pacific City location will carry the complete collection: men's and women's sportswear, swimwear, footwear, and accessories, as well as home decor.
