Happy Cinco de Mayo, Huntington Beach! The entire country honors Mexican pride and heritage via festivals, eats, and margaritas every May 5, and several HB joints are joining in the fun today. Solita is one of them, and they're offering $8 house or skinny Casa Noble Blanco margaritas, $10 Modelo and Casa Noble Blanco shot combos, and free festive swag all day long—plus an 8 p.m. mystery piñata raffle—all set to the live tunes of Trio Mariachi Jalisco from 6-9 p.m. In case you'd prefer to DIY, here's the recipe for the Solita House Margarita.

In a pint glass full of ice add:

2 oz tequila of choice

0.5 oz triple sec or orange liquer

3.5 oz Solita sweet and sour (grab a 32-ounce Solita margarita mix to-go for $8 from the restaurant)

0.5 oz orange juice

Shake and strain into a fresh pint glass (salted rim optional) full of ice.
