To help you celebrate, we're pointing you directly to HB's best nacho purveyors. With this handy list, any day can be an ode to the nacho. You can thank us later, when your mouth isn't stuffed with chips and cheese.

Sancho's Tacos

Sancho's Tacos is the epitome of beach eats. On PCH, right across from the water, it's a way casual spot to grab a bite before or after taking a dip. Sancho's nachos offer your choice of steak, chicken or carnitas for $7.75, or just good ol’ cheese with the rest of the fixin's (beans, onions, sour cream, cilantro and salsa) for $5.75. Las Barcas

Las Barcas is a well-kept locals secret, also tucked into a shopping center on Beach Boulevard en route to the shore. A little extra wait for the preparation is worth all the love they put into their food. Las Barcas's nachos start with house-made corn chips as their foundation. Like others on this list, they offer either regular or supreme versions of the crispy treat.
