What's Alexander Technique?
Alexander Technique is a way of being aware and letting go of unnecessary tension throughout your body. It is also a re-education so that you will learn how to use your body in a more appropriate way and avoid putting stress on your joints, bones, muscles, etc.
1. Having bad habits lead to bad health and image problems, such as lazy, passive and indecisive. Would you like to improve your posture? You will learn how to use your body in more sustainable way on the day.
